Anthony Storey LL.B. - Managing Partner
Tony joined the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1984.
He is the head of our litigation department and specialises in all aspects of civil litigation. Tony is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He has a special interest in personal injury litigation and is a frequent advocate in the County Court.

Andrew Hutchinson B.A. (Oxon) - Partner
Andrew joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1994.
He specialises in all aspects of property law, including residential, commercial, agricultural and leasehold conveyancing. Andrew is also involved with probate and wills and is responsible for running of our Masham courtesy office.

Sally Ord B.A. - Partner
Sally joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2005.
She has a broad range of civil litigation experience spanning both contentious and non-contentious work. She specialises in employment law and personal injury litigation and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Sally undertakes a variety of no win, no fee personal injury compensation claims including accidents at work, CICA claims and road traffic accidents. She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998 with a 2.1 degree in Financial Services. She subsequently completed her legal education at the College of Law, York where she achieved a Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction.

Katie Audsley LLB - Associate Solicitor
Katie joined the firm in 2002 and qualified in 2004.
She has a broad range of experience in all areas of family work including both children and divorce. She is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and also Resolution who are committed to offering a constructive and non-confrontational approach to family law. Katie is also part of our residential conveyancing team offering advice and services in areas such as buying, selling and all types of remortgage. She is able to use her experience in conveyancing to offer advice on family related conveyancing issues such as transfer of equity and declaration of trust.

Richard Storey B.A. - Associate Solicitor
Richard joined the firm in 2004 and qualified in 2006.
He specialises in wills, trusts and probate and is a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. Richard also has a broad range of experience in many aspects of Court of Protection work, including Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders.

Jasmine Diedrick - Associate Solicitor
Jasmine joined the firm in 2003 and qualified in 2008.
Jasmine specialises in a wide range of civil litigation. She is also active in many aspects of property law, including leasehold, commercial and residential conveyancing. Jasmine joined the firm in 2003 as a legal executive and completed her legal education at the College of Law, York.

Katherine Swinn LL.B - Associate Solicitor
Katherine joined the firm in 2008 and qualified in 2010.
Katherine specialises in a wide range of civil litigation, including both contentious and non-contentious work. She also has a broad range of experience of in dealing with debt recovery, both in terms of taking action to secure the recovery of debts and in defending court proceedings, including dealing with contract, consumer law and small claims. She has vast experience of dealing with proceedings in the County Court. Katherine can also assist in drafting legal documents such as Loan Agreements and Tenancy Agreements disputes. She further undertakes advice in respect of Insolvency proceedings together with Landlord and Tenant matters.
